My Cable grants a premium warranty of 12-months on its iPhone compatible replacement battery. Once the warranty claim is valid, we’ll replace your battery at no charge.
This warranty only applies to customers residing in Malaysia, who have purchased the battery either directly at mycable.my itself or from our Facebook page. The claims of the customer under this warranty are not transferable to third parties. MyCable.my guarantees the absence of defects in the products for the duration of the warranty. Not covered by the warranty are damages due to improper use of My Cable battery, in particular damage caused by improper storage (e.g. damp environment), installation errors, water damage, undue force or damage to the parts due to jailbreak of the device or other software defects of the device, or damage due to use with non-compatible devices and damages of parts due to defective hardware of third parties, i.e. overvoltage damage caused by defective power adaptors from third parties. Also not covered by the warranty are damages to the device itself due to a defect of the spare part of My Cable, damages to other objects caused by a defective tool and defects caused by violence. Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and labor costs are also not covered.
Our policy is to honor warranty claims within the warranty period, unless the defect is caused by owner/user abuse or negligence or if the product was not used as intended. We may require you to return a product for analysis prior to issuance of a credit or replacement. My Cable is not liable for reimbursing third party costs as we facilitate customers to be able to do repairs themselves to save on labor.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MY CABLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
We’re always trying to sell better products. That means, from time to time, we upgrade or alter the items in our store. We can’t always provide an exact replacement for a legacy product if we don’t have any more! But we still honor our guarantee and will send an equivalent item as a replacement. Unfortunately, we can't let you choose the product we send.
My Cable will not make any refund under the warranty claim.
Do take note that our 1 to 1 exchange warranty only valid for 1 time exchange for each customer.
In most cases, we will require you to ship the failed item back to us before we send your replacement.
The customer must ensure that when sending the tool / spare part in question to the tools / spare parts are duly packed to avoid transport damage.
In a warranty case the customer shall bear the shipping costs their own.
We’ll match your expedited shipping method within 7 days of your receipt of purchase.
Afterward, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method we use to send the replacement item.
We guarantee the function of our products, not the appearance.
Our “One Year Warranty” covers the item for one calendar year after you receive the original item.
In the event that a 1 to 1 warranty replacement is sent, the warranty will be ceased.
However, My Cable will offer to cover a 30 days from date of receipt on your replacement.
Proof of Purchase
We reserve the right to require proof of purchase to provide support for products under warranty.

If possible by naming and describing the defect / damage of the tool / spare part in question, under www.mycable.my or by e-mail to email@example.com.
Claim processing may require further documentation, and we reserve the right to request photos or photos in order to process you for a replacement under the warranty.
We'll let you know after the claim is submitted.
Should My Cable definitively go out-of-business, this warranty and any claims under it, will be omitted.
